Your new barrettes’ quality starts here. I then add years of experience (I started doing leather craft in the 1960’s) and lots of elbow grease (that means lots of hand work) to make sure your barrette is the best handmade barrette available.

This barrette will fit any thickness of hair. Here is the little trick that makes that possible. Use an elastic hair band, pull your hair into a ponytail. Now simply add the barrette by sticking the stick through your hair just above the band. And there you are. See your hair thickness doesn’t matter. And the nice thing about it is that the barrette can’t slip off because it is being held in place by the band.
