Fault Inspection
The input HDMI resolution can reach up to 1080p. If it exceeds 1080p, please reduce the signal source resolution (such as PS4).
When connecting the Fire Stick, if the screen keeps looping back to the same one, the Fire Stick needs to use the original charger or a sufficient 5V1A power supply.
When connecting to PS4/PS5, please lower the resolution of the game console to 1080p or lower.
Loop back to the same screen. Please plug and unplug it several times.
If the image is unstable, flickering or of poor quality, please reduce the resolution to 720 or lower.
If there is no color, try switching to ""PAL/NTSC"" and set it to NTSC mode to display color.
If the TV has no signal and shows color stripes, it indicates that the product is normal and the RCA port is normal. It is necessary to check the HDMI input (whether the connection is firm, whether the signal source is in working condition, whether the resolution exceeds 1080P, and set the gear on the product to "NTSC").
The picture has no color, only black and white. Please plug and unplug it a few times to check if the yellow video port is firmly connected.
There is no sound or a loud "motorboat" sound is heard in the audio: This might be caused by a loose connection on the input side. Please unplug and reinsert it and make sure the connection is firm.
