Erev Pesach falling out on Shabbos has many aspects, Halachos and Minhagim that are very different then a regular year. One needs to eat Seudas on Shabbos but can't have leftover Chametz after the Halachic time that it needs to be disposed of. How should one properly dispose of Chametz on Shabbos and ensure they fulfilled the Mitzvah of Bi'ur Chametz properly? What day is the Tanis Bechoris? And so much more! In 2025 it will be the last time this happens for a whole 20 years!! This Sefer is short, an easy read, user friendly and easy to navigate with a table of contents making for quick reference. With the Haskamas of Rav Yitzchak Berkovitz Shlit"a and Rav Shlomo Haberfeld Shlit"a of Lakewood Haskamas: Yerushalayim 26 Shevat 5785 My dear friend Rabbi Noach Moshe Panish, has written an entire kuntres on the topic of Erev Pesach that comes out on Shabbos. It is a veritable treasury of clear halachos, including unexpected circumstances and specific details that need to be considered. This kuntres is the result of great effort, in accordance with the author’s approach to research every single detail in order to properly understand, keep, and fulfill the will of our Heavenly Father. May this kuntres find favor in the eyes of the public this year, when Erev Pesach will be on Shabbos. May the author continue to succeed, with his pure intentions and great knowledge, in his endeavors to benefit the public. With blessings, Yitzchak Berkovits BSD 21 Shevat 5785 My dear friend Harav Hagaon Rav Noach Moshe Panish, shlita, has compiled for the tzibbur an exceptional work on the halachos of Erev Pesach when it occurs on Shabbos, as it does this year in 5785. The head of every household needs to plan in advance how and where they will eat the seudos this Shabbos, as well as be familiar with dinei biur chametz on Shabbos and the other various halachos that apply in such a year. Although I did not have time to go over this work in its entirety, I recognize the author’s great efforts to clarify every halachah, including citing the source for every halachah so that those learning it can look up the original sources. I know the author personally and can testify that he was close with talmidei chachamim during the time he spent learning in Yerushalayim Ir Hakodesh after he was married, and later when he was learning here in Lakewood. He is well-known as an expert in checking arbaah minim, and with his ayin tovah, gives over what he has learned to others. Now that he lives in Passaic, he continues to learn and teach as before. May he continue to be mezakeh the rabbim with this work and with other such vital works in the future. With blessings and esteem, Shlomo Yehudah Halevi Haberfeld
