Although spread throughout the diaspora these kente cloth bows represents our longing to return to a place called home that we have never been. These bows are my attempt at teaching the younger generation about who we were before slavery, before we became a scattered people. The bows act as a catalyst for conversation about our glourios heritage past present and future.
