A vegan chef and cooking instructor from Sydney, Australia, she made Sendai, Japan her home for 30 years working in the food industry and refining her craft. While running her dining bar as owner/head chef, she shared her passion by instructing clients, friends and colleagues on the wonders and virtues of vegan cooking. Shortly after moving to Honolulu in December 2018, Lillian started teaching cooking classes; became host of Lillian s Vegan World on ThinkTech Hawaii sharing her passion of the vegan lifestyle and plant-based diet; started Lillian Vegan LLC and was featured as the cover story in the June 2019 edition of CRAVE magazine. Lillian is a gourmet vegan chef hosting full 7-course vegan dining experiences including a Vegan High Tea which is something to behold .
