3.When just starting up, it needs to be adjusted to a maximum of 80-95 degrees and heated for 30-40 minutes,

5.The melting point of melted food is not higher than 60 degrees, and the machine is not suitable for adjusting the curve. It is suitable for room temperature chocolate and not suitable for temperature adjusted chocolate. The minimum temperature is based on the ambient temperature.
