H&H is the old school role-playing game for gaming at the dawn of the Golden Age of Comics, 1935-1941. The rules (built on the Swords & Wizardry game) are flexible, easy to learn, excellent for long-term campaign play, and can handle many comic book genres. You want to play a beat cop, a stage magician with real magic, or a costumed strong man? You want to raid mobster hideouts, beat up some bad guys, and take all their cool stuff for your trophy room back in your secret lair? Then H&H is for you! This book, Book II, covers almost 100 different types of "bad guys" and descriptions of almost 200 different hi-tech or magical trophies, with tables for generating hundreds more. Other books will follow with more of the game rules. Scott Casper has been a professional librarian since 1997.
