The mystery is, why did two hippies, Uki and Shanti, from California move into a conservative southeastern Pennsylvania retirement community? One reason was that Uki’s west coast fast and loose real estate and hedge fund dealings were getting seriously over heated. It was time to bail out. Another reason was that billionaire marijuana grower Kingsley Conn contacted Uki to lobby any one of many state legislatures to legalize marijuana sales. But why Pennsylvania? So far away.
