He is also the founder/editor of the North Carolina Hot Wheels Association website, which is one of the older Hot Wheels websites on the Internet. Through the website, he has been researching Hot Wheels values for almost 20 years. Neal is a Rhode Island native who was transplanted to North Carolina in 1987, when he checked in to the Marine Corps Air Station at Cherry Point after graduating from Marine boot camp in Parris Island, South Carolina. After serving in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, he completed his Marine Corps enlistment in 1991, and became a father of 3 kids. Today, he resides in Apex, North Carolina, and is a Security Manager for a Fortune 500 company.
