He is the author of threebooks: "Adaptive Fitness &Gross Motor Development", "How to Ride a Bike in 24 Hours" and "AdaptiveSports Fundamentals". He graduated from George Mason University with a B.S. degree inHealth, Fitness, and Recreation Resources and also obtained his A.S. degree inPhysical Education from South Western Christian College. Ricardo is a pediatricfitness specialist and has over 14 years of experience working with children ofall ages and developmental levels. He has also worked with several schools topromote the importance of health and fitness amongst all children; and tocreate programs to integrate neurotypical children and children withdisabilities; where both demographics can work together to achieve common goals.    Over the past 14 years, Ricardo has helped hundreds of children todevelop their athletic skills, and improve their coordination in sportsspecific skills.
