My favorite parts of this book were the stories of her bonding with the horses, as well as the stories of Belle and Red. There was such sorrow and a sweet ending to the story of Belle. The story of Red needing short bursts of wildness, before his calm, love it! There is so much heart, warmth, and love in the bonding training that it's not all touching but beautiful.
