In this book I examine in depth some theoretical elements that I consider essential for the correct teaching of intelligence analysis. I deliberately omit the commonplaces of intelligence analysis methodology, such as the intelligence cycle and the various stages of analysis, because I believe they have already been treated with sufficient clarity elsewhere (including my handbook on non-structural analysis techniques) and including them again in this book would not provide anything new to trainers. The novelty of this book is that most of the contents have QR codes next to them where the reader can access videos with the explanation of everything that appears in the book. The author's idea is that trainers take advantage of both books that, together with my courses on the Udemy educational platform, form a complete pack of theory and practice. This work theoretically complements the implementation of the analytical techniques explained in the first.
