She currently resides in the great state of Texas with her husband Dan Bankhead and daughter Alexis. As a child, Marion always had a tenacious love for literature and even though she's now grown up, her fascination with tales of romance, faraway destinations, and princesses in castles hasn't wavered. In addition to being the founder of the non-profit organization Mothers of Only Children (MOCs), she volunteers with the Houston Read Commission to help spread the joy and privilege of reading throughout her community.
