My Romantic Suspense books are centered around First Responders. Tormented heroes that don't believe they are worthy of love and the strong women who show them anything is possible. Writing this was not an easy task and took me years. I continue to learn and work on my craft. Researching this book led me to learn about being a Firefighter. I had the privilege of going through a six-week citizen fire academy where I suited up, went into a burn building, put out a fire and used the cutters and spreaders to dismantle a car.
