Jill Inforzato's Cookbook includes family recipes handed down from restauranteurs going back a century. A 2nd generation American, she carried on the cooking tradition, originally started in Abruzzo, Italy. The original Inforzato's Cafe was started in Duluth, Minnesota in 1913 by her Grandfather Camillo. She continued the tradition, opening Inforzato's Italian Cafe in Dallas, Texas in the Bishop Arts District of Oak Cliff in the 21st Century.
