What you are about to read is a glimpse into my life—the life of a typical teen, at least how I lived my teen years. Inside My Head is an emotional roller coaster of all the ups and downs that I experienced as an adolescent—covering everything from relationships, sex, and drugs, to family, friends, high school, and the overall pressures of life. Sometimes, the only way to feel like you are not alone during these hard years is to realize that someone else is going through similar things. My goal is to share my story with the world in hopes that it will touch people’s lives and that they will take something out of the lessons I’ve learned. This book is not only a guide for struggling teens, but insight to parents so they can understand what their child might be going through.
