Dr. Carr was formally educated at Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas. She holds an undergraduate degree in Physical Education, two Masters Degrees in Special Education and Mid-Management, and a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership. Dr. Carr enjoys fulfilling her purpose in life through ministry and education, spending time with her family, and helping others achieve their highest potential.
