He is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Managing Board of the Virginia Law Review. Upon graduation, he clerked for Judge Roger Robb on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Mr. Ross writes and speaks extensively on intellectual property issues. He is Chair of the D.C. Bar Association's Annual Developments in Intellectual Property Law Forum, and is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at George Mason University School of Law, teaching IP law.
