In China, IT enterprises both in the technical or management concepts are in the forefront on the status. In this industry there is a lot of international enterprises such as HP, IBM, and DELL and so on, there is also much involved in the field of pure Chinese enterprises such as LENOVO, TCL, etc. Not only do they learn from abroad at advanced results, but also these results are unique to the humanities for the Chinese environment, combined into their own enterprise application experience and philosophy. New employee training is a training form especially designed and implemented for new employees and plays an important role in building qualified employees, establishing team with best achievement s and keeping sustainable competitive advantages, etc. Although the trainings of new employees are carried out in every enterprise, the result was unsatisfactory. Enterprises invest too much time and money but the training has not achieved the desired effects usually.
