Today's law enforcement professionals face growing challenges every day. Police officers especially need to be adept at working with the community to accomplish their overall missions. Building a better community begins with preparing yourself for the challenge. After we better prepare ourselves we need to focus on the organization which is tasked with meeting that challenge and that is our police departments.
