Varying Compatibility:
When working with PC, takes any Thermal Direct Labels that have width between 1.57’’ and 4.1’’. Smartphones do not support customized label size and editing contents. Use the app “FBA Print” for 4’’x6’’ or 4’’x7’’ shipping labels (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)

Connection:
(Isn’t compatible with Chrome book, Linux.)
For windows: Bluetooth connection or USB connection
For Mac: Only USB connection
For Android: Download APP “FBA print”, connect the Bluetooth on APP, and then Print via APP (Not compatible with Galaxy)
For iOS: Cannot import PDFs directly, send files via social media. For iPads, be sure to place tablet vertically to print.

Usage Tips:
1.Please calibrate the printer before printing:
Feed the labels, long press the feed button, and release your finger after hearing one beep, it will load two labels then stop on the tear-off place, then the printer is ready to print.
2.The pin number to connect the Bluetooth is 0000.
3.Don’t choose the printer showed “driver is unavailable” to print, it is not right printer, you need to choose the printer named ”Label Printer”
