Steps to use this JJC lens hood and filter adapter:

1. Detach the lens front protective ring on your camera.
2. Attach the filter adapter ring onto the camera's lens.
3. Screw a 49mm filter onto the filter adapter ring. (If you don't want to use a filter, just go directly to the below step 4)
4. Attach the hood onto the filter adapter ring.

Attention: You will have to detach the camera's lens front protective ring first before you able to mount this filter adapter and hood.
