In Jack and the Curse of the Elder Witch , the fifth book in the Adventures of Jack series, Jack must journey back to his old home after learning his father’s fate and uncover many secrets about his family’s past. Torn between hope and despair, will Jack be able to break the curse of the Elder Witch? Bryan Givens was born in Dallas, Texas, and some of his earliest memories are of traveling to other places by reading: Narnia, Middle Earth, Treasure Island, and Mars. As he grew older, he traveled to many other places, both in person and through the magical medium of books. Bryan has had a long fascination with folktales and his Irish heritage. For his day job, he teaches history at Pepperdine University in California.
