How to Use

1. Connect the power cord.

2. Install the hand-held welding gun/pedestal, fixture, foot switch, and tungsten needle in turn

3. Turn on the power switch.

4. Adjust the height of the tungsten needle(the welding head should extend about 1.96in.).

5. Adjust the coarse-tune knob and fine-tune knob.

6. Adjust welding distance.

7. Hold the workpiece with the fixture.

8. Step on the foot switch with your foot (move your foot away quickly), and the spot welding is completed.
