I believe everyone has value, worth, and has a purpose to fulfill in this life on earth. I know as we do this thing called life, things happen, we experience pain, hurt, failure, abandonment, and we are changed, often limited, and don’t live life to the fullest. In this book course I go through several topics and have questions and exercises to encourage learning and growth in the direction of freedom. Freedom from things that weigh you down and limit you from living your best life. This is a list of the topics to be covered in the book/course. We think we don’t deserve much, can’t attain much, aren’t smart enough, strong enough, you name it. There are so many lies that we believe, we don’t even realize how much we limit ourselves!
