This book contains the thoughts and words of advice that Bob Merwin Jr. recorded after he dropped his daughter off at college and in the days, weeks, and months that followed. It is a compendium of many of the thoughts, advice, and encouragement that he realized he had not shared with her as she was growing up. This book is Bob’s endeavor to make up for those missed opportunities. Some thoughts are taken directly from others, but most are somewhat original. The ones that are direct quotes or his take on the quote given from his heart with sincerity, love, and devotion (and a few merely with humor). Bob continued adding to the list periodically and sporadically while his daughter was at college. She has now turned 21 and is graduating from college this June 2024. Bob offers this book both hope for her life and all that she will become and from a place of humility.
