Matthew Masters and Professor Eddie James team up to clear their 'brother' Joshua of killing his wife's father, since the police feel they have already caught his killer. They must find justice for Joshua. In the meantime, the family reads from Gram Beth's 1880 journal and the love letters between the Colonel and his beloved Julia. In 1878, Ian Lewis and his family are slain by the Cheyenne during their trek to their ancestral homeland. His brother, (then a Major) William Lewis is sent to capture the Cheyenne who were responsible for their murder. Immediately, he learns that his young nephew has survived and has been captured by the tribe and is being held prisoner by them. The Major makes it his mission to find his nephew or demand Justice for Joshua!
