Turn on the box. 2. Press and hold the "SET" button for 5 seconds until a "beep" sound is heard. 3. Use the up ⮝ and down ⮟ keys to adjust C/F (C stands for Celsius, F stands for Fahrenheit). 4. Press and hold the "SET" button for 5 seconds. After the setting is completed (the C/F indicator light on the instrument panel lights up to indicate the corresponding C/F temperature unit) Heating temperature and heating time settings: 1. Press the “SET” button. Display SP 2. Press the “up⮝” increase temperature and “down⮟” Reduce the temperature 3. Press the “SET” button again. Set time 4. Press the “up⮝” increase time and “down⮟”Reduce the time 5. Press the “SET” button again to return to the standby heating state. 6. (If there is no countdown function) Press the “down⮟” button, it will automatically count down. Press the “down⮟” button again to stop the countdown.

Setup steps:
Power on, press the bottom button of settings, use the up and down keys to set the temperature you want. After setting, press the bottom button to set, and use the up and down keys to set the time you need. After the setting is completed, press the bottom setting button to return to the standby heating state, and the setting is completed. Rise to the temperature you specify, press the down key once, and the time will automatically count down.
How to change temperature units:
Press and hold the set button for about 6 seconds after powering on. Digital flash, you can use the up and down keys to set the conversion temperature unit. F is Fahrenheit and C is Celsius. After selection, press and hold the set button for 6 seconds to return to the heating standby mode. Setup is complete.
