12 Inch Bandsaw Belt Replacement Procedure:
1. Put these tires in a plastic tray large enough to hold them.
2. Cover these tires with nearly boiling water (the time is about five minutes)
3. From now on, remove the old tires, and clean the machine of any dirt, debris, or adhesive.
4. Take the first tire, stretch it as much as possible, then put it on the bandsaw wheel to adjust the position, the installation process can help you fix the tire position with the help of clamps.
5. When the tire cools, it shrinks and fits tightly against the wheel.
6. Quickly repeat the second tire (before it cools with water).
7. That's it!
