Our medium roast coffee beans are roasted for a total of 17 minutes to bring out a delightful and delicate flavor. The naturally sweet coffee has hints of maplewood, milk chocolate and honey. The coffee beans are naturally decaffeinated using a chemical-free Swiss water process to remove 99 percent of the caffeine.

We offer the first coffee ever to be grown like wine. Inspired by the family vineyard in California, we developed and patented a process that involves growing coffee on wires the same way winemakers grow grapes. Opening the coffee trees up to sunlight and aeration increases development of the coffee cherries, their ripening, and the natural production of sugar.

Many coffee farmers use observation of the change of color from green to red to determine when to pick coffee cherries. We take a scientific approach, testing the coffee cherries for pH level, sugar concentration and titratable acid before handpicking them at their optimum maturity. Over 300,000 visitors have toured our coffee plantation to learn about our growing process and enjoy our variety of Kona coffee blends. For every package, we start with our trellis grown Kona coffee beans and blend them with complementary arabica coffee beans to create the perfect gourmet coffee with a distinctive naturally sweet flavor.
