Kyndra grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona, and attended Culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu. Her mother, Cindy and grandmother, Joyce, taught her at a very young age how to cook. She immediately fell in love with the feeling of creating delicious food for your friends and family. There is a quote by her favorite author, J.R.R. Tolkien that describes the way she lives her life perfectly, " If more of us valued food, and cheer, and song above hoarded gold, it would be a merrier world". Kyndra has also always had a passion for film and photography. She wanted Made with Love, Not Glute n to be as appealing to look at, as it was to taste the recipes. Her knack for food styling and food photography make her recipes not only fun to eat, but mouthwatering to look at. A couple years ago, Kyndra was diagnosed with a gluten allergy, changing the way she was forced to look at food forever. Though now a blessing, Kyndra is happy and excited to have the opportunity to share all that she has discovered along her gluten free journey with you. She writes, "I never want anyone to feel the way I did, sitting in the doctor's office that day, being told I couldn't eat my favorite foods ever again. Because you can.
