VERSATILE USAGE: Safe for use in the oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, these molds can handle temperatures from -40 to 230C (-40 to 446F).

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

PREPARING THE LACE: Evenly spread the lace mixture over the mat using a spatula or scraper.

TRIMMING: After spreading, remove any excess mixture to ensure a neat finish.

DRYING/BAKING: Allow to dry naturally or bake at a low temperature, depending on the recipe. For flexibility in the lace, a low temperature of 35 to 60C (95 to 140F) is recommended. Some recipes may allow for higher temperature baking, although specific outcomes at higher temperatures may vary without established examples.

DEMOLDING: To remove the lace, start at one corner and gently peel it away from the mat.

APPLICATION: Apply the lace to cakes covered with fondant or buttercream, using edible glue or a light dusting to secure it.

ADDITIONAL TIPS:

Before first use, wash and boil the molds at 100C (212F), especially when using for food.

If the lace feels tacky, let it dry longer; if it's too brittle, it's been over-dried.
