Lacrosse Drills for Home Vol. II is book two in a series of lacrosse drill books that makes it fun and easy to do lacrosse drills at home. This lacrosse improvement book will help a lacrosse player improve their skills during the off season and also fine tune their skills during their season. As a player goes through each day they are able to check off which drills they succeeded on, which will in turn point out any improvements that may need to be made.
