Lacrosse Drills for Home Vol. I is a drill book that makes it fun and easy to do lacrosse drills at home. This is the first book in a three part series of solo lacrosse drills. These books can be used individually and consecutively with one another to improve a lacrosse players skills. During a professional lacrosse players season they may train 6 to sometimes 7 days a week. During an off season it is recommended by many lacrosse coaches to train at least 2 to 3 times a week. This lacrosse improvement book will help a lacrosse player improve their skills during the off season and also fine tune their skills during their season. As a player goes through each day they are able to check off which drills they succeeded on, which will in turn point out any improvements that may need to be made. Each day has different drills and focuses on different aspects of lacrosse. While a player progresses through the drills their skills are strengthened and the drills get progressively more difficult.
