This is a follow-up book to the author's first collection of birding-related essays, Anna Feathers Her Nest. This collection of informative and humorous essays is based on the author's experiences looking for birds, with photographs by the author and his wife. Most of these essays were previously published as part of a series titled Birding the 'Brooke and Beyond in the monthly Saddlebag Notes supplement to the Arizona Daily Star, Tucson, Arizona, or in the Summit Daily News, Frisco, Colorado.
