Leather Honing, Polishing Strop Belt Instructions:

Belt has been intentionally made smaller than indicated to accommodate for stretching over time.

1. Install belt with smooth side out.

2. With belt running, apply buffing compound. Belt may need frequent applications on initial use.

3. Hold the blade at a low angle to the belt and use light pressure, letting the leather do the work.

4. Compound will build up over time. To remove, hold 400 grit or higher abrasive to leather belt while running.

5. Use caution always, for your own safety, and to prevent accidentally cutting the belt.
