This is the Legacy Woodturning Granadillo / Macawood Wood Pen Blank, with multi-toned figure, 3/4" x 3/4" x 5", Pack of 10
Granadillo (Platymiscium Pinnatum) is a gorgeous wood that varies from violet to dark red to brown with frequent dark stripes and pronounced figure. It is very hard, heavy and dense with tight grain. Frequently used in fine furniture and cabinetry, flooring, musical instruments and specialty items such as violin bows, billiard cues, pool tables, and turnings. FSC certified The Woodturning Store only sells tropical woods from sustainable sources that are FSC certified. We offer pen and project blanks, as well as other larger sizes. We are constantly expanding our wood product offerings, but some species and sizes are available in limited quantities so we suggest that you purchase them when they are available.
