Mainly from the prospectives of social transformation and management of law, the book talks about the experience and limits of legal management in social transformation, and discusses the respond to social transformation and policy guidelines. It consists of two parts. According to the social transformation after the reform and opening up, one part is about the basic characteristics of legal management and the experience and limits in the development of legal management.
