Since retirement, Ms Pat has been known as the “Life is Good!” lady in Luverne. She has quite a following on Facebook – her friends look forward to reading her thoughts and ideas on daily situations. Most posts end with the iconic ‘Life is Good!” Whether it’s reminiscing about her beloved Luverne School and the Tigers football team, or telling a story from her childhood, it’s always an enjoyable read. These stories and anecdotes reach out to each of us - while we may not have lived through the same stories she has, we each have family and school memories that are fondly remembered.
