This is my first collection of short stories (with a few poems sprinkled in).  I was so excited when my publisher with Brown Posey Press (Lawrence Knorr) agreed to publish this!  Why did I title it Life Signs and Fortune Cookies, you ask? (Assuming you did!) Because I wanted to think of a clever name and my short story, Life Signs and Fortune Cookies, originally published with the Adelaide Literary Magazine was a finalist in their literary competition so it seemed to me that the title wasn't so bad after-all (well, that and the fact that the fortune cookie plays an important spiritual role in the tale between my father and I).You will have to order the book to learn more about that...no spoilers here! So, from all this, a fortune cookie theme was born, and I chose to make each story an important message about love, and family, as well as to explore the spiritual and psychic realms of life after death, paranormal romance, and yes, Little Green Men and visiting orange orbs, hovering over my apartment in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.I believe this story will inspire and offer introspective insights into the unseen and paranormal as well as inspire and encourage its readers to be warmed by the glow of family love and values.  Special thanks goes out to my friend Dr. Patrick Marino Albano ( Vietnam Vet, Award winning military scholar, and photographer) for his dedication, support and magnificent artistic contributions of photography for this book collection. This small but mighty book is a good read, and its pocket-sized, affordable price tag makes it easy to take along on your travels. Do stop by and purchase your copy today!

How are ratings calculated?
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.
