Three thousand years ago, an amphibious alien race from the Pleiades constellation visited Earth, landing near present-day Rincon, Puerto Rico. They established a connection with the indigenous Taino people, admiring their deep connection to nature. After twenty years, the aliens left, leaving behind an underwater base. In the present day, their homeworld has been ravaged by a hostile alien force, forcing the survivors to seek refuge on Earth. The US Space Force detects their approaching armada and prepares for an unknown encounter. Upon arrival, the aliens find Earth facing an environmental crisis. A scout ship, carrying scientists, engineers, and diplomats, lands in the ocean and makes its way to the ancient outpost. The sight of the craft entering the water causes panic among surfers, but an elder, remembering ancestral tales of the "water people," intervenes to mediate. This act de-escalates the situation, allowing the military to learn about the potential threat of the hostile aliens who destroyed the Pleiadean homeworld. The aliens then share their advanced technology, offering solutions for Earth's environmental problems and advancements in military defense to prepare for a possible invasion.
