With Liquid Rubber Seam Tape or Liquid Rubber Geo-Textile where possible movement may occur NeoPond Sealant is a Coating that is easily brushed on and cures into a Waterproof Membrane. It can be used in many applications where you need to create a watertight seal. Apply when the temperature is above 10C50F including overnight. Apply to a clean,dry surface, free of anything that would hinder adhesion. Typically cures within 3-5 days after your last coat. Do not freeze. Store in a warm area. Do not apply in wet conditions or if rain is forecasted within 24 hrs. Not meant as a constant walking surface. Coverage - Flat/Ponding Surface - 1 gallon per 40 sq ft (3.7 sq/m). It should require around 3-4 heavy coats to achieve a 30 mil. (0.75 mm) (DFT) membrane. 200 sq ft per 5G pail. Apply the next coat when dry to touch and nothing is wet underneath. Tacky is ok. Generally 4-6 hrs between heavy coats. Amounts vary depending on surface roughness. Use all material up to achieve a long lasting membrane. Avoid hot, direct, intense sunlight during application.
