A series of intriguing events is set in motion when Frank decides to bluff his way out of a tight spot and Nick chooses to ignore protocol. They team up to search for the elusive Fourth Floor which is cleverly hidden away in Frank’s Enterprise, its contents carefully kept secret. According to legend the Fourth Floor holds a parallel universe in which thoughts can wield unbelievable power.
