Bob hoped for a romantic getaway to Las Vegas. Charlie hoped Bob would be different and maybe, just maybe, the one. On the first day in Las Vegas it looked like both would be right. A growing affection. A great time had the first day and evening. Then came the ride home in the limo and everything changed. "The Emergency Broadcast System warns all residents to return to their homes immediately. This is NOT a test..." Two minutes later their phones are offline and the city of a million lights went dark. They take shelter with their limo driver's family outside of Las Vegas. As the days turn into weeks, they are absent of relative information. Their respective families are hundreds of miles away in Midland, Texas, and they have no idea of their status. Even with the unimaginable situation unfolding in front of them, the connection between Bob and Charlie begins. Their love blooms as the world burns. As the days pass they have two priorities: To survive and to somehow get back to their families. Both will be daunting challenges but they have each other to count on.
