The only way to differentiate between the ROMEO or WINDSOR engine is by looking at the straight timing guides that are in the engine. The ROMEO timing guides have steel plate backing and have different mounting holes,
whereas the WINDSOR straight timing guides are made out of plastic. Also the plastic chain guides for the WINDSOR engine have 2 mounting holes, while the chain guides for the ROMEO have 3 mounting holes with the steel backing plates.
