Install with the shim to fix the problem that door won’t latch cause by seasonal ground movement or door shrinking. Install with the shim to secure the aged/over-worked strike opening. Comes with 2 pcs for each strike plate. Please install as needed. Wood Dowels Included: Comes with three dowels for filling the old screw holes (if needed). Fix the problem that the screw hole is oversized and the screw won’t tighten. Solution to fill the old screw hole and drill new pilot hole.
