1. Why make 2 in 1 and splittable?
We've found for 2 in 1 HDMI KVM switch, there're 4 cables (2 HDMI 2 USB). Cables are messed up. If your HDMI KVM switch is 4 in 1 out, that means 8 cables, image how messed they are. It can also be HDMI cable if splitting the USB cable from it.

2. Why do you sell different length?
Most HDMI KVM switches come with 3ft or 4ft cable, but sometimes users need longer, and 6ft and 10ft can reach most needs.
