Application
It can be used for cutting pig feet, bar bones, beef ribs, lamb chops, pork ribs, chicken and duck, dried meat, herbs, etc.
Maintenance Method
1.After each use, please clean with a soft cleaning cloth. After rinsing it, dry it, and store it in a cool and dry place.
2.When not in use for a long time, please smear all its parts with anti-rust oil (vegetable oil can be used instead). Then remove the ingredient fixing plate and store it in a dry place.
Sharpening Method
1.When the blade is not sharp, please remove the blade first if you need to sharpen it.
2.Blade edge angle: one side of the blade edge is a straight edge and another side is an inclined edge. The angle between the inclined edge and the straight one is about 35 °.
3.First, put the sharpening stone in water-soaked through. The blade beveled edge face down. Pinch both ends of the blade with both hands and hold the beveled blade against the plane of the sharpener so that the beveled blade matches the working surface of the sharpening stone. Finally, push the blade back and forth and move it from side to side.
