As Superintendent of the Mississippi District of the United Pentecostal Church International, David Tipton has regularly written communiqués that have been posted in the district magazine under the title: Mississippi Matters. This book was born out of his desire to share his thoughts and inspirational stories with those who still believe that there are things in this life that matter.
