This will only work with the Mattress Firm 3000 Richmat bases that featured the identical remote as pictured in either white or black (the only exception is the M3 button is now a flat button and the flat button is now the under bed light button and the anti snore button is now tv lounge on certain classic brand remotes). If your original remote had the flashlight button on the top row or any other button icons than previously listed or words this may not work. You will receive the white or black remote. If your original remote had a bluetooth logo bottom right, this will not work.
